BW/BW e BW/BW-W Combo Series

The mating of the groups BW-BW and BW/BW-W for motorization with slow speeds is obtained mating two groups of the BW range, to reach reduction ratios up to 1:10.000.

Transmissible torque: up to 5000 Nm

Transmissible power: up to 4 Kw

Transmission ratios: 1/100 – 1/10000

BW/BW: hollow shaft

BW/BW-W: extended cilyndric shaft

Input flange for IEC motor or hydraulic input

E: Complete motor reduction unit

BP: Reduced dimension for output shaft

	CONSTRUCTIVE COMBO CHARACTERISTICS

	*Position and rotation*
	The constructive characteristics of the reducers series BH allow several fixing options (with feet and with flange) and can rotate in both directions.

	Casing
	According on the matings, the constructive materials depend on the dimensions of the single reducers.

	Worm shaft – wheel
	The worm is made of steel 18NiCrMo4 cemented, tempered and ground. The precision mechanical works allow to reach optimal efficiency and noise levels. The wheel is composed of a special bronze alloy on a cast iron hub.

	Oil seals
	Special sealing components keep water and dust from getting into the wormbox’s inner parts and they guarantee optimal results also in the roughest working field.
